Gilbert A. Herrera J. Finley Biggerstaff Harvey H. Cody III Ronnie Herrera				Harvey H. Cody III , specializes in business advice in the areas of strategy, mergers, valuations, acquisitions, due diligence and business plans. From 1986 to 2004, he was a part owner and served as vice president, director (since 1996) and general counsel of Petro Source Investments, Inc., a very successful mid-stream energy company. In those capacities he was heavily involved in all aspects of strategic planning, general management, financing, legal, tax and negotiated and drafted the documentation of nine business unit dispositions with total proceeds of approximately $100 million. From 1985 to 1986,
		he was the assistant general counsel and assistant secretary of Transco Energy Company. During the years between 1980 and 1985, Mr. Cody worked for Apache Corporation, where he rose from a position of attorney to that of assistant vice president - energy acquisitions. Mr. Cody was also an attorney with Cities Service Gas Company from 1977 to 1980. Mr. Cody obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma.
